بے خوابی سے زیادہ سنگین اس سے متعلق پریشانی ہے۔۔؟

 یہ درست ہے کہ نیند کی کمی یا بے خوابی ایک جان لیوا اذیت ہے۔ لیکن اس حقیقت سےبھی انکارناممکن ہے کہ پوری دنیا بہت سےایسےافراد سے بھری پڑی ہے جو ہزاروں طریقے یاتدبیر اختیارکرنے کے بعد بھی اس مرض پر قابو نہ پاسکے۔ بلکہ دن بہ دن بے خوابی کی تکلیف وکوفت بڑھنے سے مزیدبیماریوں میں گرفتار ہورہے ہیں۔ اور تیزی سےگرتی صحت ان کی موت کی وجہ بن جاتی ہے۔ سوال یہ ہے کہ آخر ایسا کیا کیا جائے؟جنہیں اپناکر اس تکلیف دہ اذیت سے چھٹکارا حاصل ہوجائے؟  اس تحریر کا مقصد لوگوں کو اس مرض سے نجات دلانے سے زیادہ ضروری ،انھیں بے خوابی سے متعلق پریشانی سے بچانااور  پرسکون رکھنا ہے، اور اپنے اس وقت کو کارآمد بنانا ہے جس وقت سب نیند کے مزے لوٹ رہے ہوتے ہیں۔  ممکن ہے اس طریقہِ علاج کے ذریعے بے خوابی کا مسئلہ بھی حل ہوجائے۔  نینداوراس کی مقدار ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔  نیند آرام کی ایک حالت اور عادت ہے جواگر معمول کے مطابق اورمعیاری نہ لی جائے تو اس کی کمی سے دن بھر کی فکریں اور پریشانیاں سر اٹھاتی ہیں۔ انسان کے دماغ اور جسم کو نقصان پہنچاتی ہے۔جسمانی و دماغی صحت پر خطرناک اثرات مرتب ہوتے اورگھریلو اور معاش...

شیطان کی یہ کوشیش کہ وہ انسا‌ن کو بہکائے گا اور جب تک وہ ا‌نھیں جہنم میں نہ دھکیل دے ہار نہیں ما‌نے گا۔۔۔ وہاں اللہ کا وعدہ سچا کہ وہ اپنے بندو‍ں کو جہنم سے بچاۓ گا۔۔۔اس کے بہکاوے میں آکربھی سچے دل سے اس کے سامنے جو گڑگڑاۓ گا۔۔۔اسے معافی دے کر اسکے گناہوں سے پاک کر دے  گا۔۔۔۔  اسی لیےربِ کریم بڑے سے بڑے مجرم نافرمانوں ،گناہگاروں کو بھی مزید ڈھیل دیتا ہے اور دیتا چلاجاتا ہے کہ شاید وہ بعض آجائیں۔۔۔پلٹ آئیں۔۔۔۔گڑگڑائیں۔۔۔ مگر جب مسلسل مہلت پہ مہلت ملنے کے باوجود وہ نہ جھکیں۔۔۔۔نہ پلٹی‍ں۔۔۔بلکہ ‌نڈر ہوجائیں ،اڑ جائیں ،سر کش ہوجائیں تو وہ غفور رب جسکی رحمت اسکے غضب پر حاوی ہے جو نہی‍‍ں چاھتا کہ اسکے بندے دوزخ کا عذاب چھکیں،، انھیں اپنی گرفت میں لے۔۔۔انکی پکڑ کرے۔۔۔اور اپنا عذاب مسلط کرے۔۔تب ہی وہ انھیں توبہ کا موقع دے کر انکے واپس پلٹنے کا ا‌نتظار کرتا رہتا ہے۔۔ لیکن جب بندہ بار بار اسکے بلانے اور اپنے ضمیر کی آواز پر  بھی شر اور برائی سے نہ رکے،بلکہ ضمیر کو ہی تھپکی دےکر سلا دے۔۔۔دولت،طاقت کی لالچ و حرص میں جو دل می‍ں آۓ نا حق کو بھی حق مان کر کرتا چلا جاۓ۔۔چھینوں،جھپٹوں،ما...

منزل نہیں ملے گی۔۔۔۔

  واصف علی واصف فرماتے ہیں" بڑی منزل کا مسافر چھوٹے جھگڑوں میں نہیں  پڑتا "یہ سچ بھی ہے جسے آگے جانا ہو وہ راہ کی رکاوٹوں کی پرواہ نہیں کرتا۔ اور راستے کی تھکان بھی اسے تھکاتی نہیں۔ بلکہ منزل تک رسائی کے لیے  مزید قوتِ توانائی بن جاتی ہے۔ قاسم علی شاہ صاحب کہتے ہیں کہ "رستہ لے لو اور راستہ دے دو". جانے دو، چھوڑ دو، درگزر کرو۔ معاف کردو۔ خود کو بچاؤ نہ الجھو۔ایسے لوگوں سے جتنا ممکن ہوسکے دور رہو جو راستہ خراب کرنے والے ہوں۔ مگر یہ دنیا بڑی عجیب مصائب کی جاہ ہے۔   سکون  ہمیشہ ہو ایسا تو ممکن ہی نہیں۔ اتار چڑھاؤ زندگی کا حصہ ہیں۔ واقعات و حالات اور کبھی کبھی تو کچھ ایسے لوگ آپ کو ضرور ملیں گیں ،جو آپ کی راہ کے پتھر بن جائیں گیں، آپکو ضرور روکیں گیں، مایوسی اور ناامیدی سے ڈرائیں گے دھمکائیں گیں۔ تنقید اور طنز کے تیروں سے منزل سے دور کرنے کے لیے رستہ خراب کرنا چاہیں گیں۔ تو ایسی صورت میں ہمیں کیا کرنا چاہیے کیا لڑ جھگڑ کر مقابلے بازی سے بدلے سے سبق سیکھانے سے حالات واقعات اوران  لوگوں سے جو آپ کا حوصلہ پست کرکے  آپ کی صلاحیتوں کو زنگ آلود کرتے ہیں...
